How solution dyeing works:
Instead of dyeing fabrics in water baths, the pigment is fused with the building-blocks of the yarns, saving 95% of the water* and 90% of the energy* it takes to dye yarns using traditional methods.
* Polyester uppers and laces in this collection are solution dyed, a process that saves an average of 95% water and 90% energy use, compared to batch and continuous dyeing methods according to the Higg Material Sustainability Index (Higg MSI v3.1).
