Comparing it to the hiking shoes, it's not as wide, which was a little disappointing because I have quite a broad foot but it certainly is comfortable under foot! Again, unlike the hiking shoes, it's quite flat (not the sole obviously but the bit your foot slips into) as well, so if you have a reasonable or high arch, you'd probably have to go a size up. Still overall a nice set of trainers that want to keep walking.
