30 Day Right of Return
We recognise that buying online makes it harder to know the product is exactly right. So if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason, you can choose one of the following options:
Money Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee is what makes this risk free. If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our Merrell NZ online store within the last 30 days, they may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Product returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc.) or another product of the same value. Please contact our customer services team to arrange for a returns authority number and quote this number on the address label. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be unused, in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc. returned with the item.
The issuing of credit notes provides an alternative to a refund or exchange. These credit notes can be used to purchase anything from the Merrell NZ online store, but cannot be used in physical retail locations. Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you have an issue with a product which you believe is repairable and still under warranty please contact our customer services team to arrange for a return authority number. If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. We will contact you prior to advise this and ask for payment to be made prior to the start of the repairs.
Sending something backPlease fill in our Merrell Product Returns Form - all instructions for shipping are on this form. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Let’s Get Outside. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund. The retailers has the right to repair or exchange the product within a reasonable period of time first and will contact you to discuss further if this is the case.
