We offer free shipping on all online orders over $199. All orders under $199 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please note that during sale and holiday periods there may be delays due to higher demand. 

We estimate that you should have your delivery within 5-7 working days from dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days. If your delivery is late or you are concerned, please contact our customer service team.

*Please note: We cannot ship your order to a PO BOX address. All deliveries are signature required unless you have given us authority to leave your parcel.

Christmas Cut-off Dates

Orders need to be placed by 17 December (North Island) and 21 December (South Island) for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after these dates aren’t guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Please note: Orders placed on or after 23 December will ship once our warehouse reopens from 5 January 2026.
