I picked up these boots just before hiking Mt Guy — a steep slog in the Mid Canterbury Region. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't yet worn them, though I had no problems whatsoever. The boots were super comfortable, no blisters whatsoever and they are a lot lighter than my previous pair, which I love! Safe to say they have since become my go-to hiking boots.
Fits just as well as previous leather model.

Just got these Moab 3 boots in Beluga. I have tried them on and they fit nicely. There were some positive comments from those who saw them. I've had a bit of a walk around but not had the time to really test them out yet. Looking forward to the opportunity.
They are very comfortable, and the support in the heel actually feels really good when walking. By the way, I am a woman using male shoes due to sizing.

Took these onto the Tongariro Northern Circuit, got two blisters, the hook for the lace and the back string caught onto each other almost claiming my life falling off a steep cliff during a decent from the summet of Tongariro. Kept slipping and even got some cuts from not enough traction on mud and volcanic terrain. Slipped five times in one day cause by insufficient traction, fell into lots of muddy puddles The only thing good about these boots is that they are comfortable right out of the box
Took the risk and wore these first time on the Mueller Hut walk and not a single blister! Fit is snug and provides a lot of grip for vertical rocky terrain
I purchased my Moab 3 hiking boots 10 days before walking the Milford track. This didn't allow much time to wear them in so was a little worried ! I needn't have been concerned as they performed wonderfully. Very comfortable, great on the slippery rocks and waterproof too. Very happy with my Merrells. R Becker.
